探讨了不同精炼周期和钢包底吹氩制度对管线钢中夹杂物去除效果的影响。结果表明,LF精炼过程钢中全氧去除率约为20%,氮含量变化不明显;LF从进站到出站,夹杂物面积比可降低40%~50%,小颗粒夹杂物粒度分布比例增加,其中2~5 μm小颗粒夹杂,由进站时的40%~50%提高到出站时的80%~90%,但最大夹杂物粒度没有明显变化。

Effect of argon blowing and the second refining on inclusion removal in pipeline steel were investigated. The results showed that,the total oxygen removal rate of LF refining is about 20%, and N content is increased slightly.The area ratio of inclusion is decreased by 40%50% during LF refining.After LF refining the fraction of inclusions of 25 μm in size is increased from 40%50% to 80%90%, but the size of large inclusions is not changed obviously.
