以TiO(NO3)2-Ba(NO3)2-C6H8O7·H2O-NH3·H2O为体系,150℃平板快速干燥,采用凝胶自蔓延法经600℃燃烧,在1 200℃可得到单相Ba2Ti9O20.利用DTA,TG,XRD等技术表征了干凝胶和最终得到的氧化物粉末.结果表明干燥温度影响了干凝胶的均匀性,从而决定了最终形成的产物的相组成.分析了凝胶干燥过程的反应机理.
