针对重型汽车方向盘连接定位销轴使用700 h左右发生断裂事故,通过综合检测结果及分析判断,确定了销轴断裂的原因。结果表明:销轴未履行表面感应淬火工序,使零件表面没有硬化层,产生脱碳现象,降低了销轴的抗疲劳性能,过早诱发裂纹源,导致销轴提前发生高周低名义应力双向弯曲疲劳断裂;销轴调质热处理效果不佳以及带状组织偏析的存在,加剧缩短疲劳裂纹扩展进程,引起销轴使用寿命降低。
Fractures in quantities occur to the pin roll,used for connecting and positioning the steering wheel of heavy-duty car after being successively used for about 700 h. Through the analysis of fracture,it is judged that the pin roll did not undergo surface induction quenching process, which leads to the parts surface without hardened layer, even decarburization phenomenon. Therefore,the fatigue resistance of pin roll reduces,and the fracture source is early induced,resulting in high cycle low nominal stress two-way bending fatigue fracture. Besides,the bad effect of tempering heat-treatment and the existence of band structure segregation shorten the fatigue crack propagation process,and resuce the service life of pin roll.
