通过先驱体转化法,制备出三叶形、三折叶形和T形截面SiC纤维.对3种纤维进行了XRD测试,并使用网络分析仪测试了纤维的电磁性能.3种异形SiC纤维具有相同的XRD谱图,但其介电常数有较大差异,模拟结果表明3种纤维具有不同的吸波性能.
