提出了一种特殊的分离螺杆结构及附属装置,用于分离熔点不同的塑料。通过正交试验的方法,以聚丙烯(PP)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)混合料为原料,以机头分离料的纯度和熔固产量比作为评价指标,对其分离能力和主要影响因素开展研究。研究结果表明,随机筒一、二段温度的升高,分离效果下降;转速则存在一个最佳值,大于或小于最佳值时分离效果都会下降;增大固相螺槽的压缩比可以在保持机头分离料纯度的情况下提高分离效率。
This paper presents a kind of special barrier screw and accessory device to separate plastics with different melting points. And in the orthogonal experiment of separating HDPE and PP mixtures, the purity of the separated material and the output ratio of melt and solid were taken as the evaluation index to research the separating capacity of the device. The results of the research show that with the rising of the first and second section temperature of the barrel, the separation effect reduces, there is an optimal value of the rotational speed of the screw. That no matter the rotational speed is greater or less than this optimal value, the separation effect will decline. It is helpful to increase the compression ratio of the solid screw channel in order to improve the separation efficiency under the condition of keeping the purity of the separated material unchanged.
