在实验室,高温炉重熔钢渣,通过QM-ISP2行星式球磨机粉磨后,对比钢渣75μm晒下量;测定f-CaO含量,以及分析改性钢渣的矿相,研究其在高温下成分改性对改善钢渣易磨性和稳定性的作用效果和作用机理,确定粉煤灰是一种改善钢渣应用性能的优良改性剂,解决了钢渣应用中的不稳定性和易磨性差问题.该技术的研究可为寻求大量应用钢渣的途径,开发出高质量的钢渣产品奠定基础.
In the laboratory,steel slag was remehed in high temperature furnace.After grinding by means of QMISP2 planetary ball mill,grindability of slag was researched by comparisoning weight of less than 75 μm;the content of f-CaO was measured.The phase of modofocation steel slag was analyzed through the XRD and ore microscope.Effect and mechanism of action which improve the stability and grindability through high temperature ingredient modify was researched.With this method,the problems of instability and grindability were solved in process of steel slag application.It is certain that fly ash is a kind of high quality modifying agent for improving the quality of steel slag.Exploration of this technology can promote the bulk application of steel slag and exploition high-grade steel slag.
