以氨基硅油(ASO)和羧基硅油(CAS)为构筑基元,在乙酸乙酯溶液中自组装形成超分子聚集体ASO/CAS。以单晶硅和棉纤维织物作载膜基质,用原子力显微镜(AFM)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对ASO/CAS的成膜性及膜形貌进行研究。结果表明,ASO/CAS在单晶硅上形成的膜微观形貌呈规则蜂巢状,膜不均匀,在2μm×2μm范围其均方根粗糙度为0.862 nm。和空白棉纤维织物相比,装有ASO/CAS膜的棉纤维表面条纹状沟壑明显减弱、针刺消失,纤维表面变得光滑。且自组装膜与水的接触角从处理前的0°上升到89.5°,使织物由亲水变为疏水。XPS分析表明,在ASO与CAS自组装形成ASO/CAS时确实存在静电相互作用。

The self-assembled supramolecular congeries(ASO/CAS) was constructed by using N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylpolydimethylsiloxane(ASO) with carboxyl polysiloxane(CAS) as architecture units in diluted ethyl acetate solution.Film morphology and film-forming ability of the ASO/CAS anchored on an oxidized silicon wafer and cotton fiber substrates were investigated and characterized by atomic force microscope(AFM),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and other instruments.Experimental results indicate that ASO/CAS film on the wafer surface is very heterogeneous.There is many alveolate patterns on the film surface.The root mean square roughness(Rq.) is 0.862 nm in 2 μm×2 μm scanning field.The fabric surface anchored with ASO/CAS supramolecular film causes the stripes or grooves to weaken or disappear.And the surface is smoother than that of the control sample.In addition,the contact angle of the cotton fiber treated by ASO/CAS is 89.5°.And that is about 0° in the untreated case.The ASO/CAS film brings fiber from hydrophile to hydrophobe.XPS analysis of ASO/CAS films on cotton fiber surface shows that the electrostatic interaction is confirmed existence from ASO and CAS to the ASO/CAS.
