采用氙灯老化箱模拟自然环境,加速老化芳纶复合材料,通过全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、动态力学分析(DMA)和微观形貌对老化前后复合材料的结构和性能进行分析.对比老化前期和第8周后复合材料的重量变化,老化前期,吸湿率增加,而第8周以后吸湿率反而降低,吸湿率与树脂基体的红外光谱COOH峰的变化趋势基本一致,说明整体的吸湿率与树脂基体的状态密切相关.扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明,经过长时间的循环老化,表面树脂基本被剥落和刻蚀.DMA结果表明,经过长期的辐照和喷淋的循环,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度不断地减低,而相分离过程可能是老化的主要因素.通过阿累尼乌斯模型建立了循环次数与时间的等效关系.
