Improvement of Ladle Shroud Manipulator in Handan

针对邯钢引进国外厂商板坯连铸机钢包长水口机械手在浇注过程中对长水口支撑力不足的问题,重新设计制造机械手,改进后的机械手支撑力是原来机械手的3倍以上,且工作平稳。

The ladle shroud is supported by ladle shroud manipulator in pouring process,but the support force is not enough,so the ladle shroud is impacted by steel stream from time to time.New manipulator was redesigned and the new support force is 3 times than the previous one;the operation is stable.
