对以卤水和石灰乳为原料制备氢氧化镁进行了实验研究,系统考察了反应温度、卤水浓度、加料时间、陈化时间等因素对氢氧化镁质量的影响,得到了最适宜的工艺条件,即反应温度80℃、卤水浓度1.5mol/L、加料时间2h、陈化时间3h.产品中氢氧化镁含量高于98%,氧化钙含量小于0.2%.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和激光粒度仪等对产品进行表征.结果表明,制备的氢氧化镁颗粒呈片状结构,粒度分布均匀.
Magnesium hydroxide is prepared with brine and lime.The influences of reaction temperature,concentration of brine,feeding time and aging time on the quality of product are investigated and optimal operation conditions are obtained.The optimal conditions are reaction temperature,80℃ ; concentration of brine,1.5mol/L; feeding time,2h; and aging time,3h.The results show that the content of magnesium hydroxide in the product is more than 98%,while the content of calcium oxide is lower than 0.2%.The product is characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and BET analyzer.The morphology of particles is lamellar,and crystal is perfect and uniform.
