利用动电位极化、交流阻抗技术及扫描电镜手段,在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中,研究了两种季铵盐IMC和CBO化合物对Q235钢的缓蚀行为.结果表明,IMC和CBO化合物的缓蚀效率随添加浓度的增大而增加,在质量浓度为80mg/L时分别达到95.3%和98.1%,且表现为混合型缓蚀剂特征,CBO的缓蚀性能优于IMC.二者在碳钢表面的吸附为物理-化学混合吸附,吸附符合 Langmuir等温吸附规律.
