辣根过氧化物酶广泛应用于分析检测、有机合成、生物转化和食品工业等领域,目前对辣根过氧化物酶的研究主要集中在生物传感器领域.综述了近年来辣根过氧化物酶与其他酶以及非酶物质共固定化研究的最新进展,如葡萄糖氧化酶、胆固醇氧化酶和L-谷氨酸氧化酶等酶以及亚甲基蓝、琉瑾和苯胺红等非酶物质,展望了辣根过氧化物酶共固定在其他领域如有机合成领域的应用.
Horseradish peroxidase has been widely used in the area of analytical detection,organic synthesis biotransformation and food industry,etc.Currently,the research is focused on the biosensor area.The latest research developments of its co-immobilization with enzyme are summarized,including glucose oxidase,cholesterol oxidase,L-GLOD,etc,and methylene blue,thionine,aniline red,which are non-enzyme In addition,the prospects of the appli-cations of horseradish peroxidase co-immobilization in other areas,such as organic synthesis are proposed.
