Cu-Ni-Si合金在海洋环境下的应用极具发展前景,目前缺少微生物对其腐蚀的研究报道.为此,采用金相组织观察、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)检测等,研究了Cu-Ni-Si合金在含有深海菌的人工海水介质中的腐蚀及电化学行为.结果表明:在深海菌1个生命代谢周期内(1~7d),Cu-Ni-Si合金表面被一层均匀致密的微生物膜覆盖,抗点蚀性能提高,腐蚀电位Ecorr逐渐趋于稳定,腐蚀破坏得到抑制.
