采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓燃法合成具有单一钙钛矿相的0.76Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.24SrTiO3(简写为NBT-ST)的超细粉体.采用热重/差热、X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱等分析手段对自蔓燃工艺前后的粉体进行了分析表征,通过对合成工艺中溶胶pH值、水浴温度、柠檬酸与硝酸根离子配比、热处理温度等参数的优化,获得了制备单一钙钛矿结构的NBT-ST无铅压电材料超细粉体的最优工艺参数:溶胶pH值为8、水浴温度为80℃、柠檬酸与硝酸根离子配比为1.25∶1,185℃左右凝胶发生自蔓燃,热处理温度为550 ℃,保温时间为1h.
