应用SEM、EDX、XPS等分析技术研究了耐指纹板SECCN2表面黑变膜的形貌、组成和结构,并对黑变成因及机理进行了讨论。结果表明,黑变膜厚度约为75 nm,它 是 由ZnO1-x、ZnO、Zn(OH)2、Cr2O3、CrOOH、CrO3和SiO2等物质组成;膜表层的锌是以ZnO形态存在,而膜内层的锌则以非化学计量化合物ZnO1-x形态存在。黑变是有机膜下锌的阳极活化溶解和有机膜产生的光的干涉作用所致。
The morphology, composition and structure of black tarnished film on the surface of organic composite coated steel sheet with anti-fingerprinted property SECCN2 were investigated by means of SEM, EDX and XPS, and the formation and mechanisms of black tarnished film were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the black tarnished film is about 75 nm, and is composed by ZnO1-x, ZnO, Zn(OH)2, Cr2O3, CrOOH, CrO3 and SiO2. Zinc is existed as ZnO in surface layer and as non-stoichimetric compound ZnO1-x in inner layer of the black tarnished film. The black tarnish film occurs on the surface of SECCN2 and is caused by anodic activated dissolution of zinc under organic composite film and the effect of light interference.
