在流面条元法基础上,将带钢与轧辊的接触面视为三维曲面,结合塑性力学中斜面上应力的求解法,给出了接触表面上的精确应力边界条件,建立了单位轧制压力与变形区内部应力的关系,实现了对板带轧制三维应力和变形的精确分析和计算.热轧带钢轧制力的仿真研究结果表明,新算法(改进算法)的计算精度高于旧算法.
