为研究紧凑型聚能装药结构对侵彻体成型的影响,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,对不同结构参数药型罩的射流成型进行数值分析。结果表明:当药型罩高小于30 mm,不同装药结构均形成具有一定速度梯度的聚能侵彻体,球缺型罩装药形成的侵彻体尾部杵体小、质量分布均匀、能量利用率高,性能更好;当罩高大于40 mm,不同药型罩装药形成长径比较大的射流,锥形罩形成的射流杵体小、连续性好、能量利用率高,性能更好。

In order to study the effect of compact shaped charge configuration on formation of penetrator,numerical simulations were carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results indicate that when the height of liner is lower than 30 mm,different compact charge liners form rod-shaped penetrator,and the penetrator formed by hemispherical liner charge has a smaller slow-speed slug with uniform distribution of mass and high efficiency of energy,and so has a better performance. When the height of liner is higher than 40 mm,different compact charges form a high-speed jet,and the jet formed by the cone liner has charecteristics of smaller slow-speed slug,better continuity,high efficiency of energy and better performance.
