Optimization of the Synthetic Technology of ZnSe Hollow Microspheres

以离子液体溴代1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Bmim]Br)和水为溶剂,采用复合溶剂热法制备出粒径均匀、分散性良好的ZnSe微米空心球.采用正交试验,以[Bmim]Br的用量、反应物配比、pH值和反应温度为影响因素,分别选取3个水平,对合成工艺进行优化,并研究各因素对产物形貌的影响.
