研究了退火对玻璃包覆FeCuNbVSiB(Fe基)和CoNiFeSiB(Co基)合金微丝磁性能的影响.结果表明,Fe基和Co基玻璃包覆合金微丝的矫顽力都是随着退火温度的升高先降低后增高,矫顽力分别在470℃和360℃退火后达到最小值:154 A/m和141 A/m.随着Fe基微丝样品中Fe-B硬磁相的出现和Co基微丝样品中α-Co晶粒的出现,Fe基和Co基玻璃包覆合金微丝的矫顽力和饱和场都急剧增加.
