作者研究了硅的添加量对55%Al-Zn-1.6%Si合金热镀层组织形貌及耐蚀性的影响。结果证明,少量的硅(1~2%之间)对合金组织及耐蚀性基本上无影响;而过量的硅(>2%)将以硅化物或单体硅的形式在枝晶间富锌伪共晶相中析出,从而加大镀层合金表面的电化学不均匀性,降低其耐蚀性。 应用计算机解析计算了由多相组成的电极上的腐蚀电流,并结合应用模拟相方法定量描述了此合金镀层的耐蚀性随硅含量的变化关系。
The influence of additive amount of Si on the microstructure and corrosion behaviour of 55% Al-Zn-1.6%Si alloy hot-dip coating has been investigated. It is shown that small amount of si (1~20%) had little influence on the microstructure and corrosion resistance while amount of Si>2% would show up free crystals of Si or silicon compounds condensed together with the interdendritic quasi-eutectic Zn-rich phase thereby increasing the electrochemical heterogeneity of the coating and decreasing its corrosion resistance.The corrosion current density of each phase on the multiphase electrode has been calculated by computerizing technique, combined with the simulating phase method. The relation between the corrosion rate of the coating and the additive amount of Si has been founded quantitatively.
