以微波诱导燃烧法合成SrAl2O4:Pr3+荧光粉,考察Pr3+、尿素用量、柠檬酸用量、不同矿化剂对产物荧光性能的影响,采用XRD、PL等测试方法对产物进行了表征。结果表明:以NaF为矿化剂、Pr3+摩尔分数为2%、尿素质量为10.0 g、柠檬酸用量为2%时合成出了物相纯净、发光性能良好的SrAl2O4:Pr3+荧光粉。
SrAl2O4:Pr3+ phosphor was synthesized by microwave-induced combustion method. The influence of concentration of Pr3+,the amount of urea,dosage of citric acid and different mineralization agent on the properties of the fluorescent powder was studied. The products were characterized by XRD,PL and other testing methods. The results show that with the NaF as mineralizer,the concentration of Pr3+ being 2% ,dosage of urea being 10.0 g,and the amount of citric acid being 2%,pure SrAl2O4:Pr3+fluorescent powder with good luminescent properties is synthesized.
