用低频扭摆测量了18-8-3-1 Cr-Ni-Mo-Ti耐热钢的内耗,在520℃附近观察到一个内耗峰。内耗峰的高度随着试样中的δ铁素体含量的增加而增高。当试样中的δ铁素体分解完毕时,内耗峰就消失.这说明所观察到的内耗峰是由于试样中的δ铁素体的存在所引起。用改变频率的方法测出内耗峰所包含的激活能是95,000(±5,000)卡/克分子。实验结果的分析指出,引超这内耗峰的过程是δ铁素体的体积效应,它可能是由于δ铁素体中的扩散过程所引起。
The internal friction in an 18-8-3-1 Cr-Ni--Mo-Ti heat-resisting steel was measuredwith a torsion pendulum, and an internal friction peak around 520℃ was observed. Theheight of the peak was found to increase with the content of δ-ferrite in the specimens.The peak disappeared after the δ-ferrite all decomposed. This indicates that, this peakis associated with the presence of δ-ferrite in the specimen. The activation energy asso-ciated with this peak was measured to be 95,000 (±5,000) calories per mole by themethod of changing frequency. It is suggested that the internal friction peak is a bulkeffect of δ-ferrite in the specimen, and it may be induced by some diffusion process inδ-ferrite.
