通过外观检查、微观结构分析、力学性能测试、硬度测试、红外光谱分析、能谱分析、热重分析和憎水性测试等,对某110 kV GIS复合套管硅橡胶绝缘材料的老化性能进行分析,表征和研究其老化后的微观结构、元素含量,并提出相应的处理措施和建议。结果表明:该硅橡胶复合套管已经发生严重老化,其性能明显下降,憎水性完全消失,老化原因主要是侧链Si-C键的断裂以及主链间的过度交联反应,应对其进行更换。
The ageing property of 110 kV GIS silicone rubber composite bushing was analyzed by appear-ance inspection, microstructure analysis, mechanical properties test, hardness test, infrared spectroscopy analysis, energy spectrum analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis, and hydrophobicity test. Its microstructure and element content before and after ageing was studied, and the corresponding treatment measures and suggestions were proposed. The results show that the silicone rubber composite bushing has aged serious-ly, its various performance decreases obviously, and the hydrophobicity is completely lost. The main age-ing reason is the breakage of side chain Si-C bond and the excessive cross-linking reaction of main chain.
