为获得均匀分散的电刷镀Ni-聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合镀液,采用沉降法研究了分散方法、分散时间和表面活性剂加入量对PTFE在快速镍镀液中分散稳定性的影响.结果表明,磁力搅拌的分散方法优于超声波振荡;继续分散均匀分散的复合镀液,其稳定性不会明显改善;复合镀液的稳定性随表面活性剂加入量的增加显著提高.电刷镀Ni-PTFE复合镀液的最佳分散工艺条件为:在100 mL含20 mL/L PTFE乳液的快速镍镀液中加入1g/L表面活性剂,磁力搅拌28 min.本研究结果为电刷镀Ni-PTFE复合镀液的制备提供了理论依据,具有实用价值.
