实验研究了RP-3沿流向结焦分布规律以及进口质量流量对其产生的影响.实验将RP-3加压至5 Mpa,使用2.1 m长不锈钢管(1:8 mm I.D.、2.2 mm O.D.、1Cr18Ni9Ti)中将流经其中的RP-3从127℃等热流加温至427℃.在定质量流量前提下,改变进口质量流量0.39、0.78、1.17和1.56 g/(s·mm~2),研究了进口雷诺数对结焦规律的影响.实验结果表明:随着质量流量的增加,RP-3结焦峰值位置逐渐向后推移;管壁平均结焦速率受与进口雷诺数的0.89次方成正比关系;单位质量RP-3结焦生成量随进口雷诺数的增加先减少后增加.
Experiments are performed to study surface coke deposition distribution and the influence of inlet mass velocity.The flowing RP-3 is stressed to 5 MPa,and heated up from 127℃ to 427℃ in a stainless steel tube(1.8 mm I.D.,2.2 mm O.D.,1Cr18Ni9Ti)with a constant heat flux.The influence of inlet Re is investigated with variation of inlet mass velocity of 0.39,0.78,1.17 and 1.56 g/(s·mm~2).The results show that the RP-3 coke peak location shifts downstream as inlet Re increased.the average surface coke deposition rate is directly proportional to the 0.89~(th) power of inlet Re.and coke deposition per mass declines first and then increases as inlet Re increases.
