通过对微合金钢焊缝金属中夹杂物的研究发现:夹杂物数量在焊缝中心最多,而在熔合线附近最少;随着焊接热输入的增加,夹杂物平均尺寸增大.约有60 %夹杂物的平均尺寸都小于0.6 μm,而大于1.0 μm的不足10 %.夹杂物是由多个物相组成的复合物,组成夹杂物的物质:MnO2、3MnO*Al2O3*SiO2、TiN、CaO*2Al2O3、SiO2、CaO*2TiO2和θ-Al2O3等.提供针状铁素体(AF)形核的夹杂物尺寸约93 %以上都集中在0.2~0.6 μm范围内.
