为了使骨引导再生膜同时具有阻隔、药物缓释及诱导骨生长功能,采用静电纺丝法制备了多层复合骨引导再生微纳米纤维膜,依次为上层载药胶原微纳米纤维膜、中层PCL微纳米纤维膜和下层胶原/PCL/nHA复合微纳米纤维膜,并对各层膜的微观形貌、相组成、释药性能、疏水特性和体外降解性能进行了研究.结果表明:通过静电纺丝可以获得具有多层结构的复合骨引导再生微纳米纤维膜,其中上层膜中药物分布均匀,胶原质量分数为5%时的释药时间为1900 rnin;中层膜的孔尺寸在200~300nm且具有较好的疏水性,能够阻止上下两层膜间的成分扩散;胶原/PCL质量比为1∶1、nHA的含量为30%的下层膜成分均匀,降解速率适中并具有较好的矿化作用.
