用湿法成膜法成功制备了具有致密皮层的非对称膜(M1),并且通过全热交换实验台测试了这种新型非对称膜M1的除湿性能并进行了各层传质阻力的分析。研究表明:新型的非对称膜M1比传统工业化的纸膜(M2)的水蒸气的渗透速率有大幅度的提高。非对称膜M1的传质阻力主要来源于致密皮层,厚度为6.7μm的致密皮层占总传质阻力的50%以上。多孔底层主要起支撑作用,传质阻力要小很多。这对于今后研究空气除湿膜具有重大的指导意义。

A novel asymmetric membrane (M1) with dense skin layer and porous support layer is prepared by wet phase inversion method. The moisture permeation rates of M1 and M2(traditional paper membrane) are tested and compared. The result shows that the moisture permeation rate of M1 is 7×10^-5 kg/(m^2.s) when the air flow is 0.26 m^3/h, which is much higher than that of M2. Besides, the moisture mass transfer resistance of M1 is calculated. The thickness of porous layer and dense skin layer are 36 and 6.7 μm, respectively. However, the percentage of the mass transfer resistance of ultra-thin dense skin to the total mass transfer resistance is more than 50%. And the mass transfer resistance of porous support skin layer is much smaller relatively. The result shows the key of the mass transfer resistance.
