为了提高电力电容器的使用率,延长其寿命,对电力电容器进行失效分析是十分必要的。与传统的电压、电流表法和双电压表法相比,现在测量电容器电容值大多采用数字电容表如:AI-6600,测量范围宽,准确度高。通过对一组12个滤波电容器在2003~2011年期间运行中所积累的电容值数据进行比较、分析和讨论,指出在轧制生产线上谐波电流大、环境温度高是造成电力电容器失效的主要原因;并提出了切实可行的预防措施,以抑制谐波、改善环境温度、实现对电力电容器的实时监测。

In order to increase the usage and prolong the lifespan of power capacitors, failure analysis on power capacitors is very important and necessary. The traditional measuring method is voltage and current meters or dual voltage meters. Compared with that,digital meters such as AI-6600 which are used to measure the capacitor value mostly, which have the advantages of wider range and higher accuracy. Through analyzing the data, which are accumulated from one group of 12 capacitors running between 2003 and 2011, bulky harmonic current and higher temperature in the circumstance are the main reasons to make the power capacitor fail in the rolling line. The feasible preventive maintenance to restrain harmonics current was offered and the temperature was improved,making the on-time monitoring come true.
