目前的文献均表明钽镁酸钡Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3不易获得单一物相.我们在Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3结构不变的基础上,研究了Ba(Mgx/12Ta2x/12Zr(12-3x)/12)O3系统的相组成关系.用Zr4+置换Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3中的Mg2+和Ta5+离子对,在0<x<4范围内生成P-3ml固溶体,在x<3.33时开始出现BaZrO3相,在3.33≤x<4生成P-3ml固溶体单一物相.
