叙述了200 mm厚度Q345R特厚压力容器用钢板的研制开发过程。成分设计采用添加适量微合金元素V、Nb、Ti,炼钢工艺采用铁水预处理脱S、LF+VD炉外精炼、选取33 t钢锭模进行低过热度浇注,轧制方面通过确定合理的加热温度、采用一阶段轧制成形、高温低速大压下工艺、轧后堆垛缓冷和进行正火处理等一系列工艺及措施,使得生产出来的钢板力学性能优良、内部质量良好。

This article describes the development and production of Q345R super heavy plate 200mm thick for pressure vessel.In composition design,proper amount of microalloy elements of V,Nb and Ti were added to the molten steel.In steelmaking,the process of hot metal pretreatment for desulphurization was adopted,LF+VD secondary refining and carried out low superheat casting on 33t ingot.In rolling,the processes of roll forming with one heating,high temperature,low speed,large reduction,stacking cooling and normalizing were adopted to ensure the excellent mechanical properties of steel and internal soundness.
