利用光学金相、透射电镜和硬度测试等分析手段,研究了不同退火工艺对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN耐热钢的硬度影响,试验结果表明:采用两相区加热退火+再结晶退火的两段退火工艺具有较好的退火效果,在两相区加热析出粗大碳化物对缩短退火时间非常重要,且随其加热时间的延长,最终退火后的硬度也降低;推荐的退火工艺为:770℃炉冷至690℃+690℃,退火时间依产品规格尺寸而定;退火软化程度主要受M_(23)C_6碳化物的粗化过程控制.
The effect of various annealing practices of 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN heat resistant steel on hardness was investigated experimentally by means of optical micrograph,TEM and hardness measurement.The results show that it has better annealing effect to anneal in both dual-phase zone and recrystanization zone.It is very important to cut the annealing time that heating in dual-phase zone tO precipitate coarse carbides,and the annealing hardness decreases when prolonging the holding time in dual-phase zone.The suggesting annealing practice includes the following steps:heating and keeping 770℃ for some time,and cooling in the oven from 770℃ to 690℃ and keeping 690℃ for some time,annealing time is decided according to the product sizes.The degree of annealing softening is mainly controlled by the process of coarsening of M_(23) C_6 carbide.
