采用浸泡失重法、电化学方法,研究了在50℃饱和的HzS/CO2介质中Gemini表面活性剂和咪唑啉表面活性剂在Crl3钢上的吸附行为与缓蚀性能。结果表明,所研究的几种表面活性剂均在Crl3钢表面上形成致密的单分子吸附层,且吸附服从Langmuir方程式,表现出优异的缓蚀性能,明显抑制了Crl3钢在50℃饱和H2S/CO2介质中的腐蚀;其缓蚀能力排序为:12—6—12型Gemini表面活性剂〉16—2-16型Gemini表面活性剂〉咪唑啉。此外,当Gemini表面活性剂的浓度达到50mg/L时,其缓蚀率可达到85%左右。

Adsorption and corrosion inhibition of Gemini surfactants 12-6-12, and 16-2-16 as well as imidazoline on Crl3 steel in saturated H2S/CO2 medium at 50 ℃ were studied by weight loss method, electrochemical polarization curves and EIS. The results showed that the three kinds of surfactants were excellent inhibitors for Cr13 steel in saturated H2S/CO2 medium. The corrosion inhibition of Gemini surfactants were better than that of imidazoline, and their inhibition effect reached 85%. The adsorption of three kinds of surfactants on the steel surface followed Langmiur isothermal adsorption equation. The sequence of corrosion inhibition on Cr13 steel was 12-6-12 typed Gemini surfactant 〉 16-2-16 typed Gemini surfactant 〉 imidazoline.
