利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对X80管线钢再结晶终止温度Tnr和CCT曲线进行测定分析,并利用差热分析试验方法确定试验钢的相变温度范围。结果表明:X80管线钢的再结晶终止温度为1 065℃,AC1和AC3分别为749℃和863℃,而钢中析出物大量溶解的温度在1 050℃,贝氏体相变温度为483℃;从测得的CCT曲线可以看出,针状铁素体形成的冷却速度范围较宽,从10~40℃/s冷却速度区间均可获得以针状铁素体为主的组织。上述结论为X80管线钢控轧控冷工艺制定提供依据。
In this paper,recrystallization terminal temperature Tnr and CCT curves of X80 pipeline steel were measured and analyzed by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine,and the range of the phase transition temperature was determined with differential thermal analysis method.The results showed that: the recrystallization terminal temperature is 1 065 ℃,Ac1 and Ac3 are 749 ℃ and 863 ℃,a large number of precipitates dissolve when the temperature is 1 050 ℃,bainitic transformation temperature is 483 ℃,it can be seen that from measured CCT curve:the cooling rate range of formation acicular ferrite is wide.The microstructure is acicular ferrite when the cooling rate is 10-40 ℃/s.The conclusions provide the basis to controlled rolling and controlled cooling of X80 pipeline steel.
