以异氰尿酸和3-氯甘油为原料,合成一种水溶性很好的双羟基卤胺化合物前驱体:1-(2,3-二羟基丙基)-S-三嗪-2,4,6-三酮(DTT).以柠檬酸为交联剂,用“轧—烘—焙”的方法整理在棉织物上,整理后的织物经氯化具有抗菌功能.比较不同参数条件下氯含量的高低,得出最佳工艺参数.用SEM、FT-IR对整理织物进行表征,分析强力、抗皱性能、水洗稳定性及抗菌性能.结果显示:整理后棉织物有一定强力损失,抗皱性能有一定的增强,并具有一定的水洗稳定性,再氯化后,部分失去的有效氯可再生;氯化后的整理织物在1min之内可杀死浓度为1.00×107 CFU/sample的金黄色葡萄球菌,在10 min之内可以杀死浓度为2.00×107 CFU/sample的大肠杆菌O157∶H7.
