随着IF钢需求量的快速增长,以及目标碳低于15ppm的苛刻要求,研究RH深脱碳技术具有重要意义。本文结合理论和实践,对RH脱碳的影响因素进行了分析研究,结果表明:对于250t~300t的RH最佳的初始碳含量为250~300×10-6;发现吹氧时机对RH脱碳速率的影响很明显,吹氧时间滞后,造成RH前期脱碳速率过低,吹氧时已经进入低碳区域,消弱了吹氧对提高脱碳速率的作用,而且造成RH终点钢水活度氧过高。

Considering an increasing demand of IF steels and the vigorous requirement that target carbon below 15ppm, the study of RH rapid deep decarburization are of great significance. Combined with theory and practice, the research was carried to indentify the affecting factors of RH. Results demonstrate that : for the 250~300t RH, the optimum initial carbon content is 250~300×10-6; the starting time of top blowing had a great influence on RH decarburization; a late start of top blowing will cause a lower decarburization rate and a higher oxygen content at decarburization end.
