研究了网状交联高分子增塑体系相分离时热力学平衡条件。结果表明,部分增塑剂析出引起交联高分子网体积的变化,对体系热力学平 衡条件有很大影响。高分子交联密度增大,与之相容的增塑剂量也增大;增塑剂热力学特性 变差会导致增塑的高分子交联网络出现缺陷,其结果使体系热力学稳定性急剧变差。
Thermodynamic conditions of phase equilibrium upon phase separation in plasticized network polymers were considered. The r esults shows that changes in the volume of the network polymer, caused by separation of a part of the plasticizer, strongly influence the conditions thermodynamic equilibrium. An increase in the network density leads to a considerable incre ase in the maximum possible amount of plasticizer compatible with the polymer. A decrease in the thermodynamic quality of the plasticizer may result that the thermodynamic stability of the system abruptly diminishes.
