在热模拟实验机上研究了超低碳IF钢铁素体区变形行为,结果表明,该钢种发生动态再结晶的变形条件为:变形温度850℃,应变速度1 s-1以下.在研究了变形工艺参数对该钢种动态再结晶影响的基础上建立了超低碳IF钢铁素体动态再结晶动力学方程.给出的超低碳IF钢铁素体变形动态再结晶动力学模型与试验结果吻合.
