综述了低温烧结微波介质陶瓷BiNbO4的近期研究进展,总结了在BiNbO4陶瓷的研究中所采用的3种基本方法:氧化物掺杂、离子置换以及与其它微波介质材料复合,归纳了不同氧化物掺杂、不同离子置换对陶瓷影响的异同点,以及表现出来的共同规律.
