2000年首钢矿业公司在北京科技大学的协助下，第1条大型链篦机回转窑顺利投产，此后，链篦机回转窑在中国发展迅速。为了深入了解其内在的规律，2006年首钢矿业公司与北京科技大学合作，对年产球团矿200万t的第2系列链篦机回转窑进行了热工测试。介绍了测试的结果，可供全国球团矿生产和设计部门参考。

A largescale gratekiln, was brought into operation smoothly at ShouduSteel with assistance of University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2000. Since then, the gratekiln has been developing rapidly in the country. In order to understand the phenomena inside the gratekiln comprehensively. The Shougang Mining Company, cooperated with University of Science and Technology Beijing, performed the thermotechnical measurement on the gratekiln No.2 system with capacity of 2 million ton pellets per year in 2006. The results of the measurement are introduced briefly which might be a reference for the pellets producers and kiln designers in China.
