以三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷(D3F)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,1,3-二(3-羟丙基)-1,l,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(BHTS)为封端基,硅烷醇锂为引发剂,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)为促进剂,采用阴离子开环聚合的方法制备双羟基含氟聚硅氧烷(PDMFS),采用红外光谱(Fr-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)的分析方法对产物结构进行了表征和确认,并将其和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)复合改性水性聚氨酯,对改性后的聚氨酯乳液进行一系列的结构表征分析,并测定了改性后水性聚氨酯乳液、胶膜的性能.研究发现:PDMFS和EA复合改性的聚氨酯乳液各方面性能良好,涂膜具有较高的机械强度、较好的乳液稳定性、较低的吸水率、较好的热稳定性.
