本文研究了两种低碳钢不同显微组织在盐水和空气中的疲劳裂纹扩展行为,发现显微组织对钢的腐蚀疲劳抗力有重要影响。还讨论了钢的腐蚀疲劳机制及断裂机制图。
The fatigue crack propagation behaviour of two mild steels with vari-ous microstructures in 3.5% NaCl solution or atmosphere was studied. It is revealedthat the microstructures of steel and frequency have considerable influence on thecorrosion fatigue strength. The relation between crack closure effect and electroche-mical conditions is discussed. The corrosion fatigue mechanisms, which considerthe effect of hydrogen embrittlement and anode dissolution respectively, are pro-posed. A fracture mechanism-map is worked.
