实验室的研究表明,GTD-450叶片钢在1010~1070℃淬火具有较高的强度性能,尤其是弹性极限;该钢满足力学性能指标的回火温度区间较窄,且延长回火时间对塑性的影响不大;微量V可提高高温回火后的强度,但降低塑性,应避免加入。

Experimental research shows that better strength , especial elastic strength can be obtained by quenching at 1010~1070℃ for GTD-450 Blade Steel . It has narrow Tempering temperature range for GTD-450 Blade Steel to satisfy the specification , and has no significant effect on improving ductility by prolonging tempering temperature . Microalloy element V should be avoided adding ,although it improves the strength at elevated tempering temperature ,but reduces the ductility .
