以邻苯二甲醚和丙醛为原料,先合成出2,3,6,7-四甲氧基-9,10-二乙基蒽,催化形成羟基,再以此合成出一种新型具有蒽环结构的四官能团环氧树脂-2,3,6,7-四缩水甘油醚-9,10-二乙基蒽(TGEDEA).通过红外光谱、核磁共振(1 H-NMR)对所合成的环氧树脂结构进行表征.采用4,4'-二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)对所合成的环氧树脂进行固化,并通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了其固化反应动力学.DSC和热重分析(TGA)等对所得环氧树脂固化物的性能研究表明,TGEDEA/二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)固化物在空气中和氮气中的T1o%分别为408℃和400℃,其具有良好的耐热性能.
