测定了 Ni-Cr 系,Ni-Cr-Al-Ti 系和 Ni-Cr-Al-Ti-Ce 系合金在900℃纯 Na_2SO_4和75%Na_2SO_4~25%NaCl 混合盐中的热腐蚀重量变化。结果表明 Ni-Cr 系合金在混合盐中的热腐蚀比在纯 Na_2SO_4中剧烈得多。Ni-Cr 系中加入 Ti 和 Al 可明显提高在混合盐中的热腐蚀抗力。合金中加入 Ce 对抗 Na_2SO_4的热腐蚀有明显作用,而对抗混合盐的热腐蚀作用不明显。
The weight changes due to hot corrosion of Ni-Cr(Cr 15~25),Ni-Cr-Al- Ti (Cr 15~25,Al 2~4,Ti 2~4),and Ni-Cr-Al-Ti-Ce(Ce0.07-0.39)systems have been determined at 900℃ in both pure Na_2SO_4 and 75% Na_2SO_4-25% NaCl salt bath.It has been established that the hot corrosion degradation of Ni-Cr alloys was more evident in the salt mixture than in pure Na_2SO_4.The hot corrosion behaviour of Ni-Cr-Al-Ti alloys was superior to that of the binary Ni-Cr alloys in the salt mixture.However similar results were not obtained in pure Na_2SO_4 salt.The beneficial effect of adding Ce to the Ni-Cr- Al-Ti alloys was significant in pure Na_2SO_4 but not in Na_2SO_4+NaCl salt mixture.
