为优化GH4169合金冷拔管的加工工艺参数,分析了经不同变形量冷拔及相应热处理后该合金的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:大变形量的GH4169合金管材经800-850℃热处理后会析出δ相,在1000℃以上,δ相可完全溶解;δ相的析出和溶解行为对控制再结晶起到重要作用;优化后合金管适宜的冷拔变形量为40%-50%,中间热处理温度为1000-1050℃,成品管热处理温度为955-990℃。
In order to optimize process parameters of cold-drawn pipe for GH4169 alloy, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy after different cold-drawn deformations and heat treatments. The results show that δ phase precipitated from the large deformation alloy after heat treatment at 800-850℃, and δ phase dissolved completely at 1 000 ℃. The precipitation and dissolution behavior had significant effect on controlling of recrystallization. The suitable cold-drawn deformation was 40%- 50%, intermediate heat treatment temperature was 1 000--1 050℃ and the final pipe heat treatment was 955--990℃ .
