在模拟油田CO2腐蚀环境下,用XRD、EDS和SEM研究了N8 0钢腐蚀产物膜的形成与发展情况。结果表明,在本试验条件下N80钢CO2腐蚀产物膜对基 体具有一定的保护作用,可以降低腐蚀速率。腐蚀产物膜分3层,讨论了3层膜的结构特征与 形成机理。初步研究了腐蚀产物膜的破坏特征。腐蚀产物膜的晶体类型是(Fe,Ca)CO3 复盐。
While simulating the environment of CO2 co rrosion in oilfield,XRD,EDS and SEM techniques were adopted to study the formation and development of CO2 corrosion product film on N80 steel.The results demonstrat ed that the corrosion scales could protect matrix of N80 steel and the n reduce the corrosion rate.There were three layers in CO2 corrosion product f ilm.Structural characteristics and formation mechanism of the film were discusse d respectively.At the same time,breakage of FeCO3 scale was studied.The CO2 corrosion scale was (Fe,Ca)CO3.〖JP〗
