在模拟油田CO2腐蚀环境下,用XRD、EDS和SEM研究了N8 0钢腐蚀产物膜的形成与发展情况。结果表明,在本试验条件下N80钢CO2腐蚀产物膜对基 体具有一定的保护作用,可以降低腐蚀速率。腐蚀产物膜分3层,讨论了3层膜的结构特征与 形成机理。初步研究了腐蚀产物膜的破坏特征。腐蚀产物膜的晶体类型是(Fe,Ca)CO3 复盐。

While simulating the environment of CO2 co rrosion in oilfield,XRD,EDS and SEM techniques were adopted to study the formation and development of CO2 corrosion product film on N80 steel.The results demonstrat ed that the corrosion scales could protect matrix of N80 steel and the n reduce the corrosion rate.There were three layers in CO2 corrosion product f ilm.Structural characteristics and formation mechanism of the film were discusse d respectively.At the same time,breakage of FeCO3 scale was studied.The CO2 corrosion scale was (Fe,Ca)CO3.〖JP〗
