通过对堇青石水基流延浆料体系的研究,获得了流动性、稳定性良好的浆料.所制备出的流延坯片可以在较低的温度下烧结,坯片的致密性较好,相对密度较高,且具有良好的介电性能.重点对坯片的叠层进行了研究,结果表明,流延坯片可以在室温下实现良好的叠层.在2.5MPa的压力下,5层坯片结合良好,但当层数增加到10层时,试样中会有气孔出现,烧结性能变差,适当提高叠层的压力可以使烧结性能改善.该方法与热压法相比,叠层的压力和温度均较小;与溶剂法和粘合法相比,不需要额外的添加剂.
