TWIP钢中含有大量的合金元素,一些合金元素尤其是Mn元素在退火过程中容易在钢板表面偏聚并发生氧化,严重影响钢板连续热浸镀锌的性能.实际退火过程中较短的退火时间造成钢板表面的氧化呈现一定的不均匀性,并对之后的氧化尤其是三元氧化物的生成方式和条件造成很大影响.通过Thermo-calc热力学计算软件并结合热力学公式对TWIP钢表面在一定条件下由于氧化不均匀性造成的多种氧化情况进行分类和氧化模拟,预测结果将对实际生产中退火工艺的制定起一定的指导作用.
There are a lot of alloy elements in TWIP steel,some alloy elements (especially Mn element) are easy to concentrate at surface of steel and are oxidized.The oxide formed on the surface has serious impact on the performance of continuous hot dip galvanizing.The short annealing time in the actual annealing may cause the inhomogeneity of surface oxidation,and then produce great influence on the formation type and the condition of ternary oxide.A variety of oxidation situations caused by the inhomogeneity of surface oxidation of TWIP steel was classified and simulated by the Thermo-calc thermodynamic calculation software combined with the thermodynamics formulas.The prediction results may have a great guiding role for actual production.
