Fe_3O_4和Fe_2O_3分散加入PVA中制备新型智能凝胶-磁性复合膜.对磁性复合膜作形貌和红外光谱分析.对不同配比制备的磁性复合膜进行磁场磁致变形性能的对比.并利用磁性复合膜在配方比不同时对磁场的变形不同的特性做了机器人手指探讨磁性复合膜的远景应用.结果表明,磁性复合膜的偏转大小决定于Fe_3O_4或Fe_2O_3的含量和磁场的大小.冷冻和常温制备方法对磁性复合膜的变形大小没有影响.
Disperse Fe_3O_4 and Fe_2O_3 in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel to make new type intelligent hydrogel-susceptible composite film.Study the feature of susceptible composite film and detect it by infrared spectrum (IR).Compare the characters of magnetic distortion on composite films with different prescriptions.Utilize the different distort characters of composite films to make robot finger and discuss its perspective.It is indicate that the deflection of susceptible composite film is affected by content of Fe_3O_4 or Fe_2O_3 and magnetic field intensity.Frozen circumstance or natural temperature has no effect on susceptible composite film's distortion.
